When You're Snowed In | River Falls, WI

I’m not the biggest fan of being snowed in. There’s something about the weeks of endless cold and darkness that stunts creativity. But admittedly you’re never going to have a better family day than when you’re snowed in!

A couple weekends ago, a snowstorm hit us here in Wisconsin. It has been FRIGID here, with the low being -45 degrees. Yikes.

So, we took the day as a family to spend together and enjoy the simple things. Veda was extra excited about using her Frozen living room bowling set and Brooks was ready to knock them down!

And what snowed in day is complete without a fort made of blankets and pillows while watching your favorite cozy winter movies? The answer is none! At least not over here in River Falls Wisconsin.

So what do you do when you're snowed in, but you can't go outside to play in the snow?
