A little bit of chaos, sugar, and laughter made for truly the most perfect lifestyle newborn session while being cooped up and away from the blistery cold of winter in Wisconsin.
I’ve had the honor of capturing moments for the Wenzel family since Blythe was in her momma’s womb; next was Blythe’s newborn session, then another a year later, and recently I got to meet her little brother Oakley. My first newborn of 2021, he’s seriously the most handsome baby ever! With fiery red hair like his momma, chubby cheeks, and beautiful skin tone, I just about died holding him and recalling all those newborn moments.

Carter is cool and collected, fashionable, funny, and has such a great smile. He about melted into a puddle when a dog walked past us while we were shooting around River Falls, so clearly he’s an animal lover.

Kasey and Kyra were back in River Falls visiting family and thought that a maternity session on Kasey’s family’s farm would be a great idea. I have to say, I agree! A beautiful backdrop, a few (let’s be real…MANY) cow pies, and lots of moos made for a one-of-a-kind session in the summer heat.

I’m finally getting around to blogging my newborn session with Thomas and Max, proud fathers to newborn Sonora and 5 year old Nolan. Both Nolan and Sonora most recently, were born out of the state of WI and brought home here to River Falls. I almost can’t believe how alike Nolan and Sonora look, like everything was aligned perfectly to complete this beautiful family.
