When Amanda contacted me about a photo session for her son Luca, who was turning ONE, a million ideas ran through my mind. Ultimately, due to unpredictable weather in February here in the Midwest, and the fact that I feel young children do best during photo shoots when they are comfortable in their own environment, I drove to their beautiful home in Rogers MN for an in-home family lifestyle session.
Not only is this family photogenic and gorgeous, but they also capture the essence of what it means to be raising 2 children under the age of 5. A sister with her younger brother, showing him what to play with and him following her every move. A break for a much needed snack to avoid a hangry tantrum. An attention span that lasts only so long before Netflix is asked for by a toddler. THIS is the same stage where I am at in life, and I enjoyed so much experiencing someone else's stage. Thanks for having me Sherod family! You were a dream ❤
